Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

The free shipping offer excludes used items, blem items, factory 2nd items, Hobie products, kayaks, inflatable kayaks, stand up paddle boards, rafts, trailers, cargo boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, PO boxes, all other freight items, and all items of hazardous materials. The free shipping is only available to orders over $49.95 subtotal. All shipping offers (incl. free shipping) exclude prior purchases and cannot be combined with other offers, sales, or coupon codes. Not valid on pre-orders or back orders.  If damage occurs and it is minor and it will not affect the boat or it can be repaired, a discount will be offered.  If the discount is denied and the customer wants to return the item, they will be responsible for the return shipping cost. 

Accessory Shipping Rates - Some exclusions apply

  • Oversize items such as trailers and cargo boxes have an oversize charge

  • All kayaks are shipped out of our stores in Oklahoma. Orders from distant states may need to pay additional shipping charge due to delivery distance.

Some shipping areas may have a higher shipping rate than assigned, we will contact you for approval before shipping if the rate is higher than listed. Kayaks are shipped with a freight carrier and usually take 2-5 days to arrive once they have shipped.  The carrier should contact you to arrange delivery.  Please make sure to unwrap and inspect the kayak for any major damage because once you have signed for it the damage can not be claimed.  If there is damage then do not sign for it and call the shop.

SHIPPING AND ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATES

DUE TO WINTER HOURS ALL ORDER MAY TAKE UP TO 7 DAYS TO SHIP. Most orders will ship out the following Wednesday/Thursday. These limitations include 2-day shipping.

We can ship to just about any address in the United States.  Some products have restrictions not all items can be shipped to some addresses within the United States.

OKC Kayak, LLC / Tulsa Kayak/Oklahoma Kayak strives to ship all orders within 24 hours of submission. We attempt to stock all the sizes and color options we offer, however, due to a variety of factors, it is possible that we may not have the specific make and model in the specific color you selected. If this occurs a customer service representative will contact you with color choices and estimated availability of the make, model, and color you requested.

When you place an order, we try to get your item out the door within 24hrs, but estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances and/or weather delays may impact delivery time.  If we do not have the specific model or color in what you ordered we will contact you and offer you another choice or give you an estimated time of arrival for the item you ordered.
